About
Shame cannot survive where compassion is present.
I am a thoughtful, warm therapist who earned my master’s degree at CU Denver in midlife. I work with individuals (teens and adults) of all identities, and provide a welcoming and affirming space for all who enter my office.
Carl Rogers explained, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” I work with my clients, with this in mind.
Therapy can be an effective way to care for yourself beyond quick fixes, to be fully witnessed, and to revise or interrupt old patterns that aren't serving you anymore. I'm honored to join my clients on the journey. Please feel free to reach out for a free 15-30 minute consultation to decide if we might be a match.
