"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers
About
You are worthy of space to be fully seen.
If you are like most individuals seeking a therapist, you are ready to make space for yourself. Perhaps you long for a space to allow ALL of your emotions and stories. Maybe you wish for some tools to help you heal and regulate while navigating the full human journey. If so, you’ve made the first step towards change.
I am a warm, compassionate therapist who earned my master’s degree at CU Denver in midlife. I earned my understanding of this complex human experience as a spouse, a mom to three kids and two dogs, a former elementary school teacher, and daughter who lost her mother early in life. I deeply believe in the work of therapy for my own growth and my clients’. I work with individuals (teens and adults) of all identities, and provide a welcoming and affirming space for all who enter my office.
Therapy can be an effective way to care for yourself beyond quick fixes, to be fully witnessed, and to revise or interrupt old patterns that aren't serving you anymore. I'm honored to join my clients on the journey. Please feel free to reach out for a free 15-30 minute consultation to decide if we might be a match.
